Muodoslompolon herkänkaunis kirkko Väylänvarren luonnon sydämessä tarjoaa ainutlaatuiset puitteet kokea Jean Sibeliuksen jousikvartetto "Voces intimae" sekä Aulis Sallisen sykähdyttävä "Aspekteja Peltoniemen Hintriikin surumarssista". Lisää pohjoismaista väriä konserttiin tuo myös upea Griegin jousikvartetto.

Väyläfestivaali on Tornionlaakson monitaiteinen kulttuuritapahtuma, joka järjestetään 16.–24.7. molemmin puolin rajajokea. Tapahtumapaikkakuntia tänä vuonna ovat Övertorneå, Pello, Muodoslompolo, Muonio ja Enontekiö. Ohjelmassa on valokuvataidetta, runoutta ja musiikkia keskellä alueen upeaa luontoa.
