Juuni & Olkimaan suomenkielisessä elovenapopissa yhdistellään maailmanmusiikkia ja -rytmiä folkpop-musiikkiin. Kuulijat viedään suomalaisiin kansallisromanttisiin sielunmaisemiin samalla, kun maailman rytmit saavat nuoremman ja vanhemman lanteet keinumaan. Tarinat vievät kuulijan nurinpäin viljapelloille, kaupunkeihin ja metsiin. Juuni & Olkimaa työstää ensimmäistä täyspitkää levyään.

Marko Siekkinen & Toivoniemen Reservaatti esittää bluegrass- ja folkhenkistä hyvän tuulen musiikkia. Oululaisen kokoonpanon teksteissä kuullaan värikkäitä elämäntarinoita. Ryhmä on valittu tämän vuoden Kaustinen folk music festivalin showcase-yhtyeeksi ja porukka työstää ensimmäistä albumiaan.
