Illan levymusiikista vastaa DJ Matheuw
FKA Twigsin ja Beyoncén välimaastoon sijoittuvaa modernia R&B-musiikkia esittävä Kelela saapuu loppukeväästä Suomeen. Losangelesilainen laulaja-lauluntekijä nousee Kuudennen Linjan lavalle maanantaina 18. toukokuuta. Konsertin liput tulevat myyntiin Tiketissä maanantaina 9. maaliskuuta.
Uniikin soundin omaava Kelela yhdistelee musiikissaan kokeellista R&B:tä sekä elektropoppia. Artistin ylistetty ensimmäinen mixtape "Cut 4 Me" (2013) ammensi vaikutteita Los Angelesin katukulttuurista, ja laajemman julkaisun saava debyytti-EP "Hallucinogen" ilmestyy 5. toukokuuta, sopivasti ennen Kelelan ensimmäistä Suomen-keikkaa. Laulamisen lisäksi monilahjakas artisti kirjoittaa itse kappaleensa, joista välittyy persoonalliset tunnetilat ja lyriikat.
Solangen ja Teengirl Fantasyn kaltaisten artistien kanssa kiertänyt Kelela on saanut runsaasti mediahuomiota arvostetuissa julkaisuissa kuten V Magazinessa ja Pitchforkissa. Laulajaa on verrattu jopa Janet Jacksonin kaltaisiin alan huipputekijöihin, ja Kelela onkin yksi tämän hetken kiinnostavimmista nousevista artisteista.
