Kevään konserttisarjan jälkeen Babel-klubi järjestää yhteistyössä Korjaamon kanssa mahtavan Lähi-idän juhlan kaikille stadilaisille ja tänne muuttaneille pakolaisille – keskellä Töölöä!
Perjantaina 8.7. klo 17–03 muuttuu Korjaamon kesäpiha ja aula yhdeksi illaksi itämaisen juhlan näyttämöksi. Eid al-Fitr on Ramadanin päättymisen juhla, jolloin syödään, juodaan, tavataan ystäviä ja juhlitaan.
Sen lisäksi, että baari on auki koko illan, tarjolla on myös maittavaa Lähi-idän halal-ruokaa suoraan grillistä edulliseen hintaan (myös kasvisvaihtoehto).
Musiikista vastaa DJ Moataz Babylon, joka soittaa sekä arabialaista että perinteistä discomusiikkia.
Babel-klubi tuottaa erilaisia kulttuurikokemuksia ja mahdollisuuden kohdata pakolaisia positiivisessa hengessä.

After the concert series in spring, Babel-klubi joins forces with Korjaamo to present a fabulous Middle-Eastern Party to both refugees and Helsinki citizens alike – in the heart of the city in Töölö!
On Friday July 8 from 5 pm to 3 am the Korjaamo summer garden and entrance hall will turn into a Middle Eastern festival stage. We want to make refugees feel the celebration of the end of Ramadan (Eid al-Fitr) as if they were in their home countries.
Delicious halal meals (also a vegetarian alternative) will be served from the grill at competitive prices. The bar is open all evening.
DJ Moataz Babylon will make you dance by mixing Arabic and traditional disco music.
Let's party together as humans no matter where you are from.

Babel-klubi arranges various cultural events and generates opportunities to meet refugees in positive surroundings.
