MINA TVÅ HALVA LIV
- En sjömanshustrus böner och balansakter -
I en monolog i två akter får vi följa med en åländsk sjömanshustrus innersta tankegångar från det att mannen åkt ut på långfart till dess han kommer hem – och sedan åker iväg igen.
Föreställning binds ihop med live musik av Ella Grüssner Cromwell-Morgan på violin och Kristoffer Gottberg på Kontrabas.
Pjäsen är baserad på Hanna Hagmarks forskning om den åländska sjömanshustrun. Alla de sjömansfruar som intervjuats har sin egen unika livsberättelse som på många sätt skiljer sig från de andras, men det de har gemensamt är upplevelsen att leva två separata liv, ett då maken är till sjöss och ett då han är hemma.
