On August 28–29, Modern Sky Helsinki, a new urban festival, will take over the historical Hietalahti shipyard behind the renowned Club Nosturi in the heart of Helsinki. Festival will present two days of the freshest Asian and Nordic acts spread across four stages.

Modern Sky Festival Helsinki brings together a buzzing mix of new international pop, rock and electronic music from both Asian metropolitan cities and the Nordic. A true Asian-Nordic fusion, the festival will inspire all the senses. The century-old shipyard atmosphere will be decorated, and gigs will be spiced up with stunning visuals under the darkening August sky. Festival will also provide interesting collection of exciting area program from discussion panels, to media art, food and ping pong.
