The Strokesin kitaristina maailmanmaineeseen noussut Albert Hammond Jr. saapuu yhtyeineen Helsingin Nosturiin torstaina 10. joulukuuta. Lipunmyynti keikalle käynnistyy tämän viikon perjantaina 26. kesäkuuta Lippupalvelussa.
Albert Hammond Jr. julkaisee kolmannen soololevynsä ”Momentary Masters” heinäkuussa. Edellisistä levyistä ”Yours To Keep” (2006) ja ”¿Cómo Te Llama?” (2008) oli ehtinyt vierähtää jo useampi vuosi ja väliin on mahtunut monenlaista, mm. vieroitushoito vuonna 2011, jonka jälkeen meni vielä pari vuotta ennen kuin Hammond innostui jälleen soolomateriaalin säveltämisestä.
Uudelle ”Momentary Masters” -albumille pohjana on toiminut Hammondin ”AHJ”-ep, joka julkaistiin Julian Casablancasin Cult Recordsin kautta vuonna 2013. ”Momentary Masters” -levyä on ollut tuottamassa Hammondin hyvä ystävä, The Strokesiakin tuottanut Grammy-palkittu Gus Oberg. Hammond on kertonut uuden materiaalin olevan aikaisempaa hiotumpaa ja kunnianhimoisempaa.
