Kaikki jännittävät esiintymistä. Siksi onkin tärkeää luoda mahdollisimman hyvät olosuhteet sille, että esiintymistilanteessa olisi mahdollisimman rento ja läsnäoleva.
Stella Polariksen esiintymiskoulutuksessa osallistujat johdatetaan hauskojen ja helppojen harjoitteiden avulla tiedostamaan omaa ilmaisuaan esiintymistilanteessa.
Koulutus tarjoaa henkilökohtaista ohjausta ja työkaluja rennolle ja avoimelle vuorovaikutukselle yleisön kanssa.

Stella Polariksen improvisaatiopohjainen vuorovaikutuskoulutus tutustuttaa hyväksyvän fyysisen ilmaisun merkitykseen vuorovaikutustilanteissa.
Tavoitteena on löytää konkreettisia ilmaisun keinoja, joilla saada vuorovaikutus sujumaan mahdollisimman rakentavasti ja mielekkäästi.
Kun tiedostat mitä viestit, kykenet tukemaan kokonaisvaltaisesti sitä viestiä, jonka haluat välittää ja näin väärinymmärrykset vähenevät.

Statusviestinnän tiedostaminen antaa loistavat työkalut kohdata erilaisia ihmisiä ja ymmärtää meidän inhimillistä käytöstä, sekä saada kemiat toimimaan. Statusviestinnän tiedostaminen auttaa myös ennalta ehkäisemään ja purkamaan konflikteja.
Koulutuksessa tutustutaan kehonkieleen, tilan käyttöön vuorovaikutuksessa hauskojen ja oivaltavien harjoitteiden avulla.
