Orkesterin Pulssi on Oulu Sinfonian kannatusyhdistys, joka kerää varoja orkesterin toimintaan ja orkesterilaisten stipendeihin ja luo samalla jäsenilleen yhä syvempiä musiikkikokemuksia Oulu Sinfonian konserttien yhteydessä. Yhdistyksellä on myös aktiivinen matkatoiminta.
Jäsenilloissa Oulu Sinfonian mielenkiintoisia taiteilijapersoonia haastatellaan pidempään ja syvemmin, jatketaan siitä, mihin konserttien yhteydessä järjestettävät lyhyet Varaslähdöt lopettavat.

Pro Oulu Sinfonia (ent. Orkesterin Pulssi ry) tarjoaa jäsenilleen kulttuurin ystävien yhteisön ja syventävän yhteyden orkesteriin.
Jäseniltojen pitkät taiteilijahaastattelut jatkavat siitä, mihin Varaslähtöjen lyhyet päättyvät. Virtuosi Ultimi -stipendigaala on Oulun kevätkauden huippuhetki. Laadukkaat kulttuurimatkamme johtavat kävijänsä mukavassa seurassa uusille musiikin seuduille.
Toiminnoillaan Pro Oulu Sinfonia rahoittaa Oulu Sinfonian muusikkojen Virtuosi Ultimi -stipendejä ja muuta tukeaan Oulu Sinfonialle.
