The Underachievers palaa Suomeen omalle keikalleen Ääniwallissa keväällä nähdyn loppuunmyydyn Clockwork Indigo –illan jälkeen. Hip hop –duo nähdään Tavastian myöhäisillassa perjantaina 27. marraskuuta.
Lyhyessä ajassa Yhdysvaltojen puhutuimpien underground-rapparien joukkoon noussut brooklyniläiskaksikko AK ja Issa Gold tekivät videoillaan vaikutuksen fanien lisäksi myös tuottaja Flying Lotukseen, joka nappasi yhtyeen Brainfeeder-levymerkilleen vuonna 2012. Ylistettyjen mixtapejen ja old school –henkisen debyyttialbuminsa "Cellar Door: Terminus Ut Exordium" (2014) ohella The Underachievers on tehnyt yhteistyötä muun muassa Joey Bada$$in, Talib Kwelin sekä tietysti toisen Clockwork Indigo –yhtyeen Flatbush Zombiesin kanssa.
The Underachieversin "The Evermore Project" –nimeä kantavan kakkosalbumin on määrä ilmestyä syksyllä ja ensimmäinen maistiainen tulevalta julkaisulta ilmestyy perjantaina 10. heinäkuuta. Osana Pohjoismaiden kiertuetta toteutuva tuleva Tavastian esiintyminen on The Underachieversin ensimmäinen oma klubikeikka Suomessa.

The Underachievers will be back for their Finnish fans in 27th of November this year. Afteir their successfull sold out gig "Clockwork Indigo" with Flatbush Zombies at Ääniwalli, the band will be returning to Finland to perform solo. The concert starts late on a friday night at Tavastia club, and the tickets are available from Wednesday 8th of July.
AK and Issa Gold, the hip hop duo of The Underachievers, are both raised in Brooklyn, Flatbush. After starting in 2011 the new rising hip hop talent caught lots of attention with their music in social media and BBC radio, resulting to a signed contract with the record company Brainfeeder. The rappers are known for collaboration with Joey BadA$$ and Flatbush Zombies.
Their new album "The Evermore Project" will be published in autumn, but there will be some sneak peek material for the fans on Friday 10th of July.
